The General Management App offers managers real-time KPI insights and tracks past and future influencing factors, using Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint. It has three parts:
- A Microsoft scorecard for a real-time KPI overview, with instant notifications for KPI changes.
- Detailed KPI pages showing trends and related actions/events, with customizable filters.
- A section to add and analyze KPI-influencing actions/events, assessing impact, cost, likelihood, affected areas, timings, and more, tailored to organizational needs.
